About 5-Hand Blackjack Surrender Poker & Pairs

Before you start

  • Open the paytable or rules screen first. It lists the stake range, the return to player figure and what each feature does.
  • Decide how much you're happy to spend on this session before the game loads, and stop when it's gone.
  • If the connection drops mid-round, the round is completed on the server and the result shows in Game History.

How a round works

  1. Your hand plays against the dealer, not against other customers. The aim is to finish closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. Picture cards count as 10, aces as 1 or 11.
  2. After the first two cards you can hit, stand or double down, and split a pair into two hands. Whether surrender is offered depends on the table.
  3. You can play several hands in one round against the same dealer hand. Each hand has its own stake and is settled separately.
  4. Side bets are optional and are settled on the first cards dealt, before the main hand is played out. Their pay tables are in the game rules.
  5. Whether the dealer stands or draws on soft 17, and what a blackjack pays, are printed on the table felt.
